Returns Policy for international customers

If you need to return an item, simply send us a mail at : heidi@carbon14.no. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. And you must pay the return shippingcost yourself.

 

For hygienic reasons, we cannot refund or exchange swimwear /underwear

We will gladly refund or exchange unwashed, unworn, clothes or accessories purchased at regular price within 14 days of the arrival day. Refund or exchange unwashed, unworn merchandise purchased at sale price within 14 days of the date of purchase paid in webshop or with the original sales receipt. Returns without a receipt will be refunded by gift card based on the last sale price.

 

EXCEPTION: NO ADJUSTMENT FOR END-OF-SEASON REDUCTIONS.

We reserve the right to refuse the resale of returned merchandise. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Packages are normally shipped out every day monday to saturday. International orders normally takes 3 to 6 days but some special countries can it take up to 17 days. We ship with “carryon cash” . When you place an order, we will send you a tracking number. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound/gram.
